{"id":9231,"date":"2026-05-31T10:37:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T14:37:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/visornoticiasve.com.ve\/?p=9231"},"modified":"2026-05-31T11:08:46","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T15:08:46","slug":"cleb-aprueba-reforma-parcial-de-su-reglamento-de-interior-y-debate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/visornoticiasve.com.ve\/?p=9231","title":{"rendered":"CLEB aprueba reforma parcial de su Reglamento de Interior y Debate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>En Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria celebrada en el municipio Caron\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n se autorizaron recursos para vialidad y la Imprenta del estado Bol\u00edvar.<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prensa CLEB | <strong>Municipio Caron\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Consejo Legislativo del estado Bol\u00edvar (<strong>CLEB<\/strong>) consolid\u00f3 un paso trascendental en su modernizaci\u00f3n institucional al aprobar, en segunda discusi\u00f3n, el Proyecto de Reforma Parcial del Reglamento de Interior y Debate de este \u00f3rgano legislativo. El debate central de la jornada parlamentaria estuvo enfocado en adecuar el marco normativo interno a las realidades y exigencias del desarrollo regional y nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sesi\u00f3n, que se traslad\u00f3 de forma especial al <strong>municipio Caron\u00ed<\/strong>, estuvo dirigida por el presidente del <strong>CLEB<\/strong>, legislador <strong>Lisbenio Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, junto a su vicepresidenta, la legisladora <strong>Yurka Suzarra<\/strong>. Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la m\u00e1xima autoridad parlamentaria destac\u00f3 que esta reforma estructural tiene como prop\u00f3sito fundamental optimizar y adecuar el funcionamiento de las siete Comisiones Permanentes que operan en el parlamento regional a las <strong>7 Transformaciones<\/strong> (<strong>7T<\/strong>) orientadas estrat\u00e9gicamente por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, <strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong>; un proceso de modernizaci\u00f3n y seguimiento al que ha venido dando estricto cumplimiento la presidenta encargada, <strong>Delcy Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEsta modificaci\u00f3n estructural, que abarca de forma directa los art\u00edculos 15 y 17, la totalidad del T\u00edtulo IX, as\u00ed como los art\u00edculos 37, 38 y 153 de nuestro instrumento regulador, permitir\u00e1 un funcionamiento institucional considerablemente m\u00e1s eficiente, \u00e1gil y cercano a la realidad del <strong>estado Bol\u00edvar<\/strong>. La plenaria aprob\u00f3 de manera un\u00e1nime la asignaci\u00f3n de un cr\u00e9dito adicional por un monto total de cuatro millones seiscientos ochenta y seis mil novecientos sesenta y un bol\u00edvares con setenta y cuatro c\u00e9ntimos (<strong>Bs. 4.686.961,74<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este desembolso, sustentado firmemente en el marco legal presupuestario vigente del <strong>estado Bol\u00edvar<\/strong>, proviene de recursos transferidos por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Transporte y de recaudaciones extraordinarias. Los fondos ser\u00e1n inyectados de manera inmediata para fortalecer las operaciones y el despliegue de dos importantes instituciones de servicio p\u00fablico en la regi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Servicio Aut\u00f3nomo de Asfaltos Bol\u00edvar<\/strong> (<strong>Bs. 3.291.070,04<\/strong>): destinados al financiamiento de labores de asfaltado, bacheo, desmalezamiento y mantenimiento preventivo rutinario en troncales y v\u00edas locales.
