Hern\u00e1ndez enfatiz\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n de la juventud y del pueblo en general en este d\u00eda es \u00abhist\u00f3rica\u00bb, lo que reafirma la lealtad de su municipio al proceso revolucionario y proyecta al Municipio Sucre como \u00abinvicto en revoluci\u00f3n\u00bb.
